All
of the hand picked staff are one of a kind instructors, who attribute many
qualities to the JC team. Our 3/1 camper to instructor ratio is the best in the business. All
of our instructors have received Red Cross training and are CPR/First Aid
Certified.
Our counselors are committed to being the best role models both in and out of the water, not only while at camp or teaching lessons but throughout their daily lives. Many of the counselors at JC Surf Camp also volunteer at local churches, leading youth in various activities and playing key roles in bettering the community. Our coaching methods are designed to help improve each student’s ability, style, and confidence. Instructors at JC Surf Camp are fun, motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic professionals as well as experienced all around watermen and women who love the sport of surfing and sharing the stoke (joy) it brings to so many people around the world. Did we mention they are all crazy good surfers?
